Rahul’s widowed mother works in a grocery store and Rahul is her only child. Whereas, Rahul dreams of opening his own business one day. To give wings to his dream, we provided him with the right guidance & training through the program. Prosperously, he currently works as a Customer Care Executive in Axis Securities.

Sarthaki’s father works as a third-party collection agent for banks. She has a family of 5 to support including an aged mother and two children. Sarthaki has always shown sincerity and perseverance in academics. She is determined to build a comfortable life for herself and her family. Looking at her efforts, our counselors at TSCFM advised her on a Banking program which she was able to complete successfully. Now, through her sheer determination and hard work, she is placed at Kotak Mahindra Bank in the Outbound Process department. Sarthaki’s commitment to learning and growing is truly inspiring.

Komal has a family of three. Her father lost his job at a restaurant during the pandemic. Her mother works as a domestic helper with a meager salary. As a result, Komal’s family faced various financial constraints. To better the situation, Komal decided to equip herself with the necessary skills to acquire a high-paying job in the banking sector. For this, she approached TSCFM and enrolled herself in its Banking program. This program provided her with adequate knowledge of the finance sector and trained her with good employability skills. Finally, she is now placed at HDFC Securities as a Relationship Manager. Her unwavering determination to achieve her goals and improve her financial condition is impressive 

Tanvi’s father is physically handicapped. He had a small business but lost everything due to the COVID pandemic. Eventually, Tanvi had to take the responsibility of providing for the family. She enrolled in our banking course to be industry-ready. She was able to learn concepts and skills necessary for the finance sector. With all this knowledge, she is successfully working as a Customer Care Executive at Axis Securities. Now, with her income, she is able to support her family and plans to pursue further education.

Minhaz comes from a family where his single mother works part-time at a local tailor shop to support the house. Minhaz tutors children from his locality and thereby supports himself and his younger brother’s education. He had always wanted to work in the Finance sector and therefore, with this ambition he enrolled in the Banking Course at TSCFM. His determination to his career and the knowledge acquired in the course helped him land the position of Sales Executive at ICICI Prudential. Now, Minhaz is all set to prosper in his career and climb up the social ladder.

Edwyn is the son of a rickshaw driver. He always played football as a child and dreamt of pursuing it professionally. Due to already set academic priorities, he completed graduation and enrolled for Diploma in Banking at TSCFM. This course helped him get a high-paying job at Standard Chartered Bank. To his surprise, he is also able to continue with his passion for football by being an official player in the bank’s football team and gets to travel to Liverpool, UK to play a match.

I am glad I have come across TSCFM, as it showcased me the right path for my career. I was looking for a course to help me develop my skills and knowledge, and the TSCFM course was the same! I have always had stage fear due to my low confidence; however, after pursuing the course, my confidence developed, and my stage fear faded away. The simulations, live stock trading sessions & presentations were the real reason behind it. Also, the support of the faculty was always there to accompany us, especially Usama Sir!! All this helped me get placed in my desired OneInsure Company.

At TSCFM, I had a great learning experience. The learning became more exciting with various role-plays & interactive sessions. The sessions mirrored the market reality. It helped me improve my communication skills and maintain a cordial relationship with customers. It was doable because of the excellent teaching faculty. During the entire course, I learned thoroughly about the BFSI Sector. What I loved most about this course is that we got overall preparation right from sharpening our communication skills to upgrading our domain knowledge. Most importantly, I learned how to manage customers and build relationships. Besides these, I used to relish while participating in role-plays and simulations.

My experience at TSCFM was excellent. The most I liked about the course were the activities sessions, the simulations, the role-plays, presentations. These activities helped me gain my confidence and improved my communication skills. Besides these, my understanding of the BFSI industry was also enhanced. All this was mainly possible because of the faculty, who were supportive throughout the course.
