Maya Shahani is a Patron of the Cancer Patient’s Aid Association (CPAA) With her active help and support CPAA set up the Lila Shahani Centre for the Early Detection of Cancer named after her late mother-in-law, which has saved countless lives. The Shahani Trust donated a van for the transportation of cancer patients and has held health camps for detection of cancer.
